Our caramels are inspired by an old French recipe for “Caramel Mou” or soft caramel. It’s texture is rich and melt-in-your-mouth soft from the sweet cream and generous portions of wholesome butter. It’s French after all, and one can never have too much butter! Furthermore, we also like our caramels studded with copious amounts of nuts, fruits, and at times, and unlikely ingredient to surprise even the most discerning candy-lover.
Our caramels come in a large tile format (4 x4 inch) and so you can cut it further into what ever bite size piece you desire.
This month, our Caramel Mou flavor is Apple Crumble. Made with slices of dried Gala Apples and large chunks crumble made with walnuts and oats.
