We’re dabbling into the savory side of the palate…These are not your everyday biscuits! They’re based on an old French recipe using wine – YES! WINE, and olive oil. They are savory yet also sweet with an indelible crunch and a special dose of “je ne said quoi”. Serve them with wine or just by themselves. They’re addictive! We offer three flavors:
Paprika Garlic & Oregano
A savory biscuit made with white wine, using garlic, paprika and oregano.
Rosemary Pink Peppercorn
A savory biscuit made with white wine using rosemary, pink peppercorn and Fleur de Sel.
Smyrna Fig Anise Seed
A sweeter biscuit but not too sweet made with red wine using dried figs, anise seeds and Demerara sugar crystals. Dip in Vin Santo and it’s amazing!
