Zephyr (ze-fər) is a traditional Eastern European confection that hovers between the realm of marshmallows and meringues; light and fluffy. It’s made with wholesome ingredients like real fruit purees and eggs, then whipped to perfection producing a soft dreamy meringue with a fruity tartness. Our version is coated with a thin layer of dark chocolate for an extra element of ethereal enjoyment.
